Tile takeoff and bid workflow for multifamily bathrooms, kitchens and common areas
Tile scopes multiply fast: every unit type has floors, wainscot, shower walls and niches, and every building repeats them. Vorbi measures each unit type once, rolls it up across floors and buildings, and carries the numbers into the bid, the orders and the punch list.
Available now alongside flooring.

Tile: quick answers
Does Vorbi measure wall tile and showers?
Yes. Vorbi measures vertical areas such as wainscot and shower surrounds as well as floors, and keeps them separate in the bid so inclusions and exclusions are clear to the GC.
How does Vorbi handle hundreds of repeated units?
Each unit type is measured once and multiplied through a project matrix of buildings, floors and units. When a unit type changes, totals update everywhere it appears.
Can flooring and tile be bid together?
Yes. Many subs carry both scopes, and Vorbi can price them in one bid while keeping separate quantities, rates and exclusions for each.
