Flooring takeoff, bids and ordering for multifamily and commercial subs
Most flooring subs can only price a fraction of the work they are invited to bid. Vorbi takes the drawings, produces marked-up plans and quantities, turns them into a priced bid and carries a won job through ordering and installation, so you can put a number on more jobs without adding estimators.
Available now. This is the first trade template on the Vorbi platform.

Flooring: quick answers
What flooring scopes does Vorbi handle?
Vorbi handles resilient flooring (LVT and sheet goods), carpet, wall base, stair treads and transitions on multifamily and commercial projects. Tile is covered on its own trade page. Quantities are organised by unit type, floor and building so they match how GCs award work.
Can I check the numbers against my own takeoff?
Yes. Every quantity comes with a marked-up image of the plan showing exactly what was measured and what was excluded, so you can check line by line before you send a bid.
Does Vorbi replace my estimating spreadsheet?
It replaces the copy-paste between spreadsheets. Your unit costs and labor rates are loaded into the system, quantities flow straight into the bid sheet, and the same numbers carry through to ordering.
Is Vorbi only a takeoff tool?
No. Takeoff is the first step. Vorbi continues into the bid document, supplier orders by batch, delivery tracking and installation tracking, so a won bid becomes a managed project without re-entering anything.
